when do you see results ?
ive almost comletely 8 perfect weeks and im not seeing results. ive done everything perfect. my diet has been spot on e.g im getting at least 1g protein per pound of body weight, ive never left more than 3 hours between meals, ive had a portion of carbs and protin with each meal, ive had veg everyday and fruit and essetial fatty acids etc..., my meals have been the right size for me , ive had casein before bed every night instead of whey, i used creatine, i havent cheated at all, i havent even had a free day, not one tiny piece of junk food has touched my lips in 8 weeks, ive used top quality sports nutrition (not some cheap arse stuff), my post workout nutrition has been perfect - ecerything about my diet has been pefect
now for the exercise - i havent missed one sinlge workout, every cardio session has been for 20 mins first thing int he morning on emtpy stomach and i havent eaten for 1 hour afterwards, ive hit all the right intensities in both cardio and weight training, ive increased the weights frequently (every single weeks without fail), i kept all my weights workouts under 1 hour, ive changed the exercises after 6 weeks - ive done everything perfect i havent overtrained, ive slept for 8 hours a night, ive give myself a clear target and reveiwed my goals twice a day. ive done everything perfect and nothing has happen yet ive lost 2lb per week which is great, im looking a bit thinner but as for muscle gain and body shape nothing has changed at all. my muscles have not grown and my body hasnt changed in shape at all. ive been on the website and read about 30 different champions all saying that they seen results either straight away , week 2 , week 4, halfway point etc.... were are my results ? |

May we see?
If you took a before pic, this would would be a good time to take another and post the two. It could be that the mirror is a terrible way to judge progress.
I don't know about you, but I bring a lot of my mood to the mirror with me, and sometimes I think I look great when that's not the reality - I definitely have a problem observing my improvements and gains. I'm always being surprised by people when they say I look better. Please share pics and let us see - from the numbers you are throwing out here it sounds to me like you should be getting some muscle gain. |
