TXS is on the road to a better life
Another Newbie Strength question

So I've been doing BFL for 3 weeks now, and I'm wondering if I'm doing this right.

Here's my routine
Week 1
Day 1 : Upper Body
Day 2 : Cardio
Day 3 : Lower Body
Day 4 : Cardio
Day 5 : Upper Body
Day 6 : Cardio

Week 2
Week 1
Day 1 : Upper Body
Day 2 : Cardio
Day 3 : Lower Body
Day 4 : Cardio
Day 5 : Upper Body
Day 6 : Cardio

My question is, should I be alternating and doing 2 upper body groups one week, and then 2 lower body groups the next??

Thanks
