i wanna look like those fitness models!!

Hello there!

Well BFL has worked its a success story once again...i have achieved what i wanted and now...i want more!!!

I wanna get stronger, leaner, muscular and shapely...i am a normal lass at the moment. 21yrs, 5'6 and 58kg...
i need assistance in getting to the new goal and i really really am pumped to start getting into that fitness physique...I obviously cant follow the palm portions any more and have to follow a stricter diet with measuring calories and all that...
but i really really need assistance, i cannot afford a personal trainer! they really expensive...
any tips would be fantastic!

Peace love and joy to you all for the NEW YEAR, of rocking in gym, eating great and enjoying every free day

i can help... have you posted pics yet? I'd like to see your progress, I'm sure others would as well.

My wife is training to be a fitness model too. You are right, when you get down to the nitty gritty and want to get those last bits of fat off or muscles ripped, then it does call for a slightly more strict program. Send me a pm and we can get the ball rolling for you.

I saw your pic and you have an amazing body! Way to go! I too want to get lean, and add definition. I want to look strong. I am only on day 4, so I have a path ahead, but I'm excited to be on it.

Congrats on your results thus far, your pic looks great!

I've been testing a new diet for the past couple weeks and so far it's working quite well for me. After spending a little more time on it I plan on posting a full writeup/review on it. I also track all of my macros and will post that info then too. Overall it's fairly similar to BFL, but I shift the timing of my carbs and protein. It is a four day cycle with two different types of days, normal and re-feed. I do three normal days in a row and then a re-feed. This is commonly referred to as carb cycling.
A normal day consists of these meals (portions similar to BFL)
1. Carb and Protein
2. Carb and Protein
3. Carb and Protein
4. veggie and 1.5-2x protein
5. veggie and 1.5-2x protein
6. veggie and 1.5-2x protein

A re-feed day looks like this:
1. 2x Carb and Protein
2. 2x Carb and Protein
3. 2x Carb and Protein
4. 2x Carb and Protein
5. 2x Carb and Protein
6. 2x Carb and Protein

On a normal day I'll take in 1600-1800 calories and on a re-feed day around 2500. On normal days I'll also take in a little more fat but on re-feed days I keep the fats pretty low.
