BFL vs. BFL for Women

Can anyone tell me the major differences between the BFL program and the BFL program for women? I'm starting week three of my first BFL challenge and I met with a personal trainer to dial up my strangth training and he indicated that he preferred the BFL for Women program. The BFL for Women program doesn't list the sort of detail on how the program works on its website that is available on teh BFL website. Thoughts? Thank you!

I have not read it. But I have heard it's more of a psychological program. The theory is that women have more emotional reasons for not being in shape or for being over weight... and to change this behavior means something different than it does for men...

But I honestly think that if you surrender to BFL and truly follow all areas of the program (including and especially the goals section) you'll be fine.

Thanks, Chris. I feel very committed to my current BFL program so if the main difference is emotion related, I'm better off sticking with the current plan.

I have to say I am very curious to read the BFL for women book, but I ordered the BFL book and figured I can read the women's book at a later date.

My wife was in much better shape than me before we started BFL, but she had great results and got ripped from it. I strongly believe BFL will work for anyone. Good luck
