Happy Friday
I don't post often, but I read the threads everyday. I'm at the end of week five and am feeling great. I have completed 30 workouts and can see and feel a difference. I'm eating better foods than I have on any other diet I've attempted. This has really been a good experience for me so far, and I hope to stick with it.
I just wanted to share a little positive energy and thank the people that respond to the posts day in and day out. Thanks for the support and have a nice weekend. ![]() |

Congratulations on making it this far! I truly think that if you can make it to week 5 (or perhaps to the end of week 5), as you have done, then you will make it to Week 12 and beyond -- you've established good habits and learned how to eat and exercise. It's only a matter of continuing to do it on a daily basis so as to achieve long-term results. Have a good weekend!
