Training in pain?
Im reading articles here so ill probably ask a tone of questions... A BFL article says not to train a muscle that is still sore from the last workout..If my legs are in pain... is my cardio going to hurt them more? or is that ok. I HATE missing workouts or not giving it my all. let me know people.

The best thing for sore muscles is to workout again (provided it's at least the next day). This will get the blood flowing and push out all that lactic acid buildup... That being said, don't kill yourself in the first week. Nothing wrong with easing into this program. There's also nothing wrong with taking extra recovery if you need it.
If you ultimately decide to take the day off, be sure to at least go for a long walk at a brisk pace. |
