Workout Question

I am a little confused by the workout and just want to make sure I am doing it right.
Say today is upper body day I choose 2 exercises from each muscle group in the Upper Body for example if this was my workout
Chest:
1)Barbell Bench Press 12@8lbs, 10@10lbs, 8@12lbs, 6@15lbs, 12@8lbs
2)Pushups x12
BacK:
1) Dumbell Row 12@8lbs, 10@10lbs, 8@12lbs, 6@15lbs, 12@8lbs
2) Lat Pulldowns 12@8lbs.
Shoulders:
1)Shoulder Press 12@8lbs, 10@10lbs, 8@12lbs, 6@15lbs, 12@8lbs
2) Seated Row 12@8lbs
Biceps:
1)Alternating Dumbbell Curls 12@8lbs, 10@10lbs, 8@12lbs, 6@15lbs, 12@8lbs
2) Pull Ups x12
Triceps:
1) Tricep Presses 12@8lbs, 10@10lbs, 8@12lbs, 6@15lbs, 12@8lbs
2) Bench Dips x12

Am I doing this right? Do I do this "circuit" more than once? It seems to take me about 45-50 minutes to complete just this. Is it enough Reps/weight? I don't want to overtrain and I don't want to undertrain either.. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Looks right to me! You should barely be able to do the last few reps. You only do 1 circuit. The trick is to work until muscle failure. Looks like your on the right track!

Yep, you've got it. When it is easy to do this with the weights you've written down, it's time to go up. As hockeymom said, 1 circuit is all you need. You should feel whiped out, but not "dead" afterward.. it's supposed to be hard though. Good job!

Your doing a good job! I wish I could get done in 45-50 mins. I think i'm going over my rest period and need to look at my stop watch more.
