I'm Back Baby!
Like so many probably do, I fizzled on C1, despite good starting results. I was pretty diligent for about 8 weeks of my first challenge; I had lost 10 pounds of fat, and was toning up to a form reminiscent of days gone by. I'm not sure why I stopped following the plan. I had to do a lot of business travel toward the end, and I guess I forgot my main reasons for starting. I'm following the plan now, but I'm not going to start the Challenge 2 clock officially until 10/26. I'm running and biking in a duathlon that day, and it seemed like a good kick-off event for C2. I plan on putting up a blog with weekly progress, so I'll leave more on that before next Sunday. Please keep me in your prayers that I will be diligent this time.

Well it obviously had a positive effect on you, your 8 weeks, seeing as you're still thinking about it so I wouldn't say anything was wasted.
