New to BFL..Help needed :)

Hi everybody! I´m from Finland, Scandinavia, and this is my first try at BFL.
I´ve just started my second week, and I already have a lot of questions, I´d like it if you could help me out with this!
So, everythings just so far so good, but I´m not really sure about the portion sizes??I think I´m eating too much.. For an example, in the book, there´s an recipe for an omelett, and if i remember correctly, it comes with 4eggs and a tablespoon of milk?? That´s a big ol´omelett.. So should there be four servings from it, or??
It can happen that somethings been lost in translation, caus the book is in finnish, don´t know..
Then another thing. I work sometimes also nighttime, and I find it really hard to resist all the food at night, when I´m tired.. How do you do, if you have to stay up all night? Do you just eat a few times more than six times, or??
I´ve just been up last night, and I just couldn´t resist, and I ate a big slice of cake!! Arrrrgh.. Should I just give up now, and start from the beginning all over? ?

Hi FinGirl,

The food is generally supposed to be about the size of your fist in portion size. I would keep going after eating your cake, just factoring into your plans as something you could improve upon.

Why do you stay up all night?

Oh I see, I thought you were just staying up for no reason, or because you can't get to sleep. Sounds pretty tough. It's still doable though if you stay away from the cakes.
