Week One - Day One and Two
Introduction:
36 year old male. 5'10" 234.5 lbs Work at a desk during most of the day. In contest at work to lose weight as well as want to lose weight for past 3 years. Day One Review: Followed everything to a tee. I had a great upper body workout at the gym during lunch. Had trouble with food. Was feeling hungry. Drank lots of water Day Two Review: My triceps are killing me. Slept ok. Finally gave in around 5:00am and took some tylenol. Hunger was not as bad during the morning. It is the afternoon that I feel hungry. I broke down and had some sugar-free jello that was not on theplan. Feeling weakened by less food. Can't wait to readjust body to 6 smaller meals rather than 3 large meals. It will take adjustment time. Must keep going. Will do Cardio workout after work. Looking forward to it. |
