Week one - Day Three
Feeling much less hungry. Actually - I feel full. Workouts are great, but my body is not used to them yet and is tight. I know that will go away.
Last night I did the Cardio Workout. It was as awesome as I remember it from when I did this 4 years ago. Burned 500 calories!! Today I upped the amount of egg whites to half a cup from a third a cup and added a small shake before the lower body workout. My body was tired after the workout, but I did not feel as weak as when I did the Upper Body workout. Arms were still stiff this morning. I am sure my legs will be bad tomorrow and Friday. This first week is brutal. The trick is to stick with it. Only problem is I confused corn for a vegetable and not a carb so I had two carbs and a protein for lunch. I'll adjust it as I go. ![]() |

Nice one, it can be a bit of a drag when your body keeps feeling hungry but it can adjust, and will be forced to if you give it no choice.

Way to go Pug ... sounds like your cruising right along.
![]() We're on day #9. Biggest challenge for me is to put together a meal plan that isn't boring. I could happily eat the same ting day in and day out, but the MR. can get bored easily. Trying to memorize what's a carb, versus what's a simple veggie or fruit is confusing. But I'm getting the hang of it.
