Week One - Day Five
Hardest Day so far to stay motivated. My friggin quads are completely useless right now. Its Friday and its been a long week. Did all the regualr meals and semi cheated with a cookie or two at lunch. Forgive thyself.
Heading to to Upper Body workout when I get home from work. My legs are so tight, but my upper body feels great. One more day till freeday. |
