Week Two - Day Eight
I feel great!! Did the Saturday workout and had to combine the day off with Sunday due to a planned dinner out on Saturday. Worked out well as i was allowed a pizza dinner on Saturday night and beer for the Bears game. After the game I made a lasagna with Cottage Cheese instead of ricotta and put in vegetables. It tasted awesome.
Been on the plan solid all day today and did the Lower Body Workout. Sweated like a pig and the ab workout is the toughest, but I did it and am looking forward to the rest of the week. First week was so much harder compared to this. Its like second nature with the food and water now. |

Excellent! I'm on week 3 now, and I think you will like the gains you start seeing around this time. I can feel a lot of my body humming along and little things aren't bothering me as much...
I went to the dentist last week and they remarked at how fast my mouth was healing between sessions. "Oh, he's a healer...good." They would say. Funny thing is that I've always been a VERY SLOW healer until these last few weeks. Keep it up, you are about start reaping some great rewards. Have you noticed also how going to the gym every morning helps organize the rest of your day? I'm convinced that no matter what kind of program I'm on, I need to go to the gm every morning. It's the corner stone of a well organized life. |

Anything.
You. Want. Three pizzas and 24 beers. For me, it's chocolate chip cookies and Belgian ales.
