Week Two Day 13
DOing well. thursdays are the hardest day as far as temptations go unitil I do the cardio workout. I have to up the intesity of the cardio workout on saturday because it is becoming to easy already. DOing a lower body workout after work. SSSHould be cool. Looking forward to combing saturday and sunday as a free day. workout and follow plan up until meal 5 and then a free day until SUnday night dinner. Works well.
Stay with it newbies. the first week is by far the toughest. Week two is tough on a motivation sense. I think results should be showing up in the next two weeks minimally so that will help push me through.
