What's up man,
You say you're losing motivation. Anything in particular bugging you? Have you been changing your work out routine every 4-weeks (cardio and weights)? Not only will that help keep the program fresh, it's good for your body! Do you find yourself eating the same stuff day in and day out? I know how that goes, so definitely be sure you're getting some variety in your weekly diet. Maybe setting short-term and long-term goals would help if you haven't already? Best of luck, Rob

What are your goals with BFL and what got you on the diet in the first place?

And "Eating for Life" is a cool book to have around for BFL friendly recipes.

My sister and brother in law introduced me to BFL cause we all went to the gym and didnt have a specific routine and this one looked good, unlike most of the other ones out there, this one was simple to understand, and straight forward and the results are what we wanted...
I read the book and figured out this was for me..... ummm im not a big cook at all but have learned how to make some new stuff, i got hummus today, not sure what to do with it yet tho lol and as for the protein shake, i cant full myself up with a shake, maybe its just my head but when i drink a shake it doesnt register in my body as a meal. |

I am a big cook and I've been a bad boy not posting enough recipes here!
Hummus: The #1 way to eat hummus is = Buy some Greek pitta (not the brown pockets) and toast it in the oven (the package should have directions). Cut into quarters and dip into the hummus like chips. Hummus also makes a great spread in wraps. Take two big table spoon of humus and spread it on a whole grain tortilla. Add a Romain heart or a bunch of iceberg lettuce. Sprinkle on 1 tsp of Italian dressing or vinaigrette. Add a few turkey slices (lean white). Top with more humus if you like, and then add black olives and some diced onions. Wrap it up like a burrito. Use lots of lettuce to stuff it really full. Enjoy your Mediterranean turkey wrap. If you don't like turkey, you can swap with tuna, kippered herring, even sardines! Sardines are mega-healthy at around 90 calories per can and loaded with the right kind of protein and omega 3.
