Time to start the new years...

Hello everyone ... a friend of mine tried the body for life program a year ago and had some pretty amazing results. Of course I then tried to do the same but found it pretty hard to stick to the program. He told me the best thing to do was to sign up on here and gain the support of you all ..... I plan to start the program after christmas since I know that is far to hectic of a time to start anything new and life changing . Just wanted to say hello and you'll be seeing alot more from me very soon

Hey Alleycat! Welcome to the board, there are some really helpful people on here so post up any questions, I'm relatively new to the program, this is the end of my third week, but I'm pleased with my progress so far. Looking forward to following your journey after Christmas.

Im pretty excited, I'm a fairly experienced gym goer I would say but never been in " great " shape since highschool. The workout part is easy for me but its the diet that always destroys me. I've made up my mind that if I tell everyone that I'm determined to do it then I won't be able to give up this time around without looking like an idiot
