finally...
Finally... I find a health program that is simple enough to follow and simple enough to fit into a lifestyle... my lifestyle at least.
Finally... I get off my ass and do it. Finally... I can see change and it's only been the first week! I wish I had started this a few years ago but doubt my 'wild, adventurous' lifestyle then would never have allowed for it. Originally from Ireland and now living in Cape Town it's time for a change for me and am so glad to have started on BFL. When I start to notice some serious 'visible' change I'll maybe post some pics! |

Thanks all. I've already been reading quite a bit on the forum here and good to see some ongoing discussions, advice and stories to boot. Great to see and read others achievements and for interest sake also the pitfalls. Will see you around no doubt and will chip in here and there. Thanks for the warm welcome.
