Beginning Ch 1
Hello,
I am female, 5'9, starting weight 205 lbs, size 14/16. I was working out 6 days a week beginning September 2008. No real workout plan but I ate low carb and lost from 255 lbs to 170 pounds. I maintained at 170 and size 6/8 for several months, but was (stupidly) very incontent with that weight and just "wanted" to be 140 lbs. Well, I gained 30 lbs back and now realize that I looked great at 170 lbs and would feel even greater to get back there with more LBM. I am currently Ch1W1D3. I look forward to reading the forums. I keep a Journal at a low carb website, but I do not know the rules of posting the link here so I will hold off. |
