Question for Women re: Sizes

Ladies, I'm just wondering how many weeks it took you to drop a jean size...

Jean Sizes

I have been doing BFL for 5 week now. At end of week four, I had lost 10.0 pounds and lost 4 inches from the chest and hips, but zero from my waist.

I went from a size 16 to a size 14 in four weeks.

10 pounds down and 39 to my goal weight!

In six weeks I went from a 12 to an 8. Some 8's are still too small and I go for the size 10. You know how women's sizing can be depending on brand!

The bottom line is the 12's are falling off and look terrible, so I will take it!

Now, I am only 5 foot tall, so an 8 is still too large for what size I should be wearing. I took 2 weeks off to travel to Central America for vacation. I am now "rebooting" and starting the challenge again from day 1.

Oh yeah, the scale BARELY moved. I was obsessed about it and finally had to let it go and just judge by the way my clothes fit. It was week 4 or 5 before I really noticed a difference, so don't worry it takes a little while to kick start.
