Lunges
This is a very silly question I'm sure, but when doing dumbell lunges as part of the lower body workout, would you, for instance in the 1st set, perform 12 reps per leg, or 6 reps per leg, to equal the 12 reps?

I am also doing 12 per leg, I really begin to think it should only be 6 when I start to reach into the 10 zone ;-)
