mmmm I love plank! Really I love doing plank. Could you also do side plank? How do you do your intervals with plank?

I do them almost tabata style. I would hold plank for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and then go again for 3-5 sets. I've worked my way up to holding for 30 seconds regular, side, regular (1:30 total) then I rest for 30 seconds and do regular, other side, regular, rest 30 seconds and repeat the entire series again.
Sometimes if I get bored, I do a couple pushups while holding it. |
