I'm almost done with week two and things are going well. My goals are to lower my bodyfat % into the single digits. Right now I'm around 13.5%bf. It's hard for me to eat several small meals a day as well, however, I try to cook all of my food that I'll be taking to work at the beginning of the week. I also buy lots of cheese sticks, apples, light yogurt and protein powder to make most of the small meals throughout the day. Today for example, I just had a large breakfast of steak and potatoes, my mid morning snack will be an apple and a cheese stick and lunch will be rice with chicken and my afternoon snack will be some EAS protein powder and a yogurt. Haven't decided what's for dinner yet though
