According to the same scale I used when I began, I have gained 7 pounds in the first week of my challenge. I am assuming a lot of this is water weight, since I started taking creatine, but I have a hard time believing I have 7 pounds of water weight...so hopefully some of that is muscle!

Well I made it a whole week on the BFL Program and I'm already changing my workout routine. I never stick with a workout for some reason, I always start reading about other workouts and find one that sounds better.
Anyways, I'm not making too drastic of a change, but I figured since I'm really not trying to lose any body fat, I really don't need to be missing out on weight training on Tuesday and Thursday to do cardio. So now I will be doing weight training Monday through Thursday,...

Well, the weekend is not going quite like I had planned. I did eat almost perfectly untill I left town yesterday, and didn't do too bad for dinner. We had to go out to Applebee's so I had the grilled tilapia on rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. It was excellent!
We got to the hotel and realized we didn't have a microwave in the room like we thought we would. So much for cooking all the food I brought! Thats ok though, I think i have come up with a 'solution'.

Wow, I made it this morning. Got up at 5, cooked my meals for the weekend, was at the gym by 7 and to work by 8. I feel excellent and my confidence in my self discipline is sky high today. I realize it is only the first week, and with each passing day it gets a little easier to cheat, but until I cheat for the first time...I remain perfect

Just got home from completing my second cardio session at the gym. I upped the intensity level a notch, and think i got a little more out of it.
Dinner was a chicken breast, cottage cheese, and a salad w/ green peppers, onions, kidney beans, FF cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon for the weekend, so I'm a little worried about my meals and workouts for Friday afternoon and Saturday. I usually workout after work, but won't be...
