Up and in the gym by 4:35. That is three days in a row up by 5 and I am not tired. I love feeling this way.
Lower Body Workout today. It was interesting. We have a limited amount of dumb bells and a cable machine so adjustments and tweaking will have to be done. It was a good workout and I am sure I will be sore but it was just not up to the intensity that I wanted. It was good but not great. I have never really liked lower body workouts so they will be a struggle I am sure.

Up early again and down to the exercise room by 4:55. Time to do Cardio. I used to run and have done some 5k and 10k's in the past so I was looking forward to getting back on the treadmill. It is way to cold right now in Minnesota to run outside. When Kori and I got down to the exercise room someone else was already on the "working" treadmill. So I have been very busy but am going to back blog the first few days and then try to keep up nightly with the whole challenge.
