    Hey Chris thank for all the valued advice. I am happy to see someone on here consistantly give out information and taking in all opnions then offering theres. It is a refreshing type of board to be a part of. are you on the BFL GB? I have been pimping it asking if anyone is on here trying to drum up some attentance.

    SO glad to see you're still here!!! You're a true asset to this site. Just to let you know, I did start working towards a healthier life again in December. I am doing cardio 3-4 days a week, and eating sensibly most days. I haven't been able to work in the strength training just yet, but I plan to soon. I'm STILL going to school full-time and this is my hardest semester yet. (Quantitative Methods... Sounds lovely doesn't it?) I only have 2 more classes left to graduate this summer. YES! YES! YEEEEEESSS!!! At that point, I know I will begin training, but hoping to sooner.

It's been a while since I wrote anything in my blog... it's time to vent....

So I'm doing this fitness challenge out of muscle and fitness magazine called "Rock Hard Challenge". It's a lot like BFL but with more advanced workouts and calorie counting. Same general ideas though.. Anyway so it's a 12 week program that they publish over 3 issue. You're supposed to start with month 1 (in this case July's issue), workout for a month, then change the routine when the next issue...
