So Vegas didn't go as good as I had hoped. It wasn't terribly bad, but it definitely wasn't like my first two weeks. To top it all off, the weekend was full of birthdays. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

When I eat out, I've been eating less (than before BFL) and I try to get the best alternatives. This area still needs work. Parties and Birthdays are very hard for me to stick to BFL. Drinks are killer...

Not a drastic week like the first, but I was expecting this. All the numbers went down, but not by much. Honestly, I think I can do better and will try and focus even more. My goal is to lose 30 pounds or more, so to reach that goal in 12 weeks, I would need to lose just about 2.5 pounds a week. This a quck two part post with two different scenarios.

1. Due to my lack of planning I had no good meal 4 at work. I eat this meal at around 3:30 to 4pm every day. Basically, I could eat a chewy granola bar or wait it out until I get home at around 6. I chose to eat the chewy granola bar and went on as planned. I figure that its not THAT bad and its better to eat then not to eat...

I'm currently in the middle of week 2 and things are going fairly well. I'm really happy with myself and how things are going.

Planning is integral to success almost anyway you look at it. Pick up a business book and you'll often hear how important planning is to become a successful person or to run a successful business, etc. Planning has also been a reason why I have enjoyed the BFL way of doing things. My first week of my first BFL challenge is over. I'm pretty proud of myself, but I still think I could have done better. Here are my stats:

Weight: 234
Body fat: 30%
Blood sugar: 209

Week 1 Completed
Weight: 229.4
