Weight - 203.3

Whoa! today was rough at the gym. I had to back off the poundage. I did back, biceps and shoulders. I had to back off the weight on almost everything. I have had 2 nights of really crappy sleep and today, I forgot to have a Myoplex on the way to gym. Don't know if those were really the causes but I was wiped out in no time today. Not that I didn't push it hard, my arms are shaky now and I pushed to my limit.

I am exhausted. Hope I can sleep tonight....

It was a good day. Food was on track and it was cardio day. It was nasty and rainy all day so we went to the Y and did a 25 minute walk with 5 x 1.5 minute runs. Hopefully, it will be nice Thursday and we can do a bike ride but if not, we're planning on playing racquetball.

Beakfast
2 slices wheat toast
1/2 cup egg whites
1 whole egg

Snack
1 can tuna
I medium apple

Lunch
Chefs salad with turkey, lean ham, grilled...

I'm back. I'm going to post my meals for the day but I didn't get a chance to figure out the calories. If I get a chance (and remember), I'll figure it up and post it.

It was leg day and I decided to test my calf strength, check out my post in the Lower Body Workout section. It was a good workout and my legs are still feeling it.

Breakfast
2 slices whole wheat toast
1/2 cup egg whites
1 whole egg

Snack
1 can tuna with Tabasco...

Between the rough week at work, the errands, my daughter spraining her ankle, technology and other other issues at my wifes work (I am her "IT guy"), the weeks workouts fell apart. Well, the whole week seemed to fall apart. My eating was still pretty much on track with only 2 cheat meals instead of the one I had planned for but otherwise, I stayed pretty clean. I didn't get to track it, just too busy to put it all in but I did make sure to stay clean. Believe me, I know things get rough...

Weight - 203

Well, once again, didn't make the gym. But I will make it tomorrow. No way I'm gonna stop now. Today was nothing but meetings, getting out of work late, kids to pick up, you all know the drill. Anyway, that's just one of those things that seems to happen. Just gotta pick myself up and get back to it.

Calories were low today but probably better today than a workout day.
