Maui Pics
Back from the trip and starting to swing back into gear! After all that - I did gain 1lb and I'm sure it's fat.. lol - but it's all good cuz time for round #2 starting tomorrow!! Hubby will be away for two months on the weekdays for school so I'll be doing my morning workouts plus 3 times a week at night, gonna pop into the gym for some walking on the treadmill or minor cardio somehow. then May 11th is my first day of Hot Yoga... that'll be interesting!!!!
Enjoy the pics - I posted the first one because my biceps seemed to pop out of those! Hubby's results are quite visible too - he gained a good 5lbs of muscle.

Sunshine-
I have done hot yoga once a week for the past month, I like it but besides pushing through the heat for 90 mins I didn't really feel like it was much of a resistance workout. More balance and mental workout. How did you like it? |
