Snacks I can prepare in bulk?

Hi, I've just started my second week of BFL and need some ideas for the snacks. For the past week I've been eating the Bars as my snack, and its starting to get a boring.

I'm looking for some recipes for snacks that I can prepare in bulk and divide into snack portions for the future. Any ideas? Preferably recipes that don't contain peanut butter or cottage cheese!

thanks

I use leftovers from my main meals many times as snacks ... instead of thinking of the daily eats divided up into "meals" and "snacks", try seeing them as "feedings" ... because they are all really the same: lean protein, good carb, veggies when you can. That's it.
If leftovers are working, more snack-y type things: can of tuna + ww crackers, string cheese + apple, hardboiled egg whites + cucumber ... I guess of these the main "bulk" thing to prepare would be to boil up a bunch of eggs ahead of time.
Have you tried cottage cheese all the different ways? I already liked it before BFL so maybe I had a head start there I mixed diced apples with it ... but from BFL I learned to mix yogurt with it and that is awesome!
Since reading about other people's cottage cheese dislike, I have seen where folks will put it in a blender to get rid of all the lumps. Also mixing it with Jell-o powder is supposed to be tasty.

Hey Jared, thanks for ur reply, some useful points in there. i have tried cottage cheese in different ways, and can bear it when i have to. reason i said i was looking for recipes or ideas without it though is because i'm living in Dubai and couldnt find the low fat cottage cheese out here...but then as luck would have it, i found some last night and stocked up!

thanks again
