i just want to make u all aware of a product that i think is the best out there. it's a mximuscle product called cyclone. its a protein shake that contains 30g protein, 20g carbs and it also contains creatine. you are supposed to take 2 servings a day so that u get the right amount of creatine into ur system.

if u take 2 servs a day for 6 days a week then 1 tub lasts 1 1/2 weeks. its £40 a tub but they do a deal were u get 3 tubs for £100 so thats works out at £100 a month. also its the best tasting supplememnt ive ever tried.

becasue u all live in america u r probably not aware of it so im just bringin it to ur attention cos i think its great (although expensive)
