Anyone tried Muscle Milk?

Just an FYI... I tried Muscle Milk for the first time last week and IMO it's the best-tasting protein powder I've had yet. Anyone else use it?

Yes, it made me crazy...

See this post: Help! Can't stand protein shakes!

It gave me crazy mood swings after a while. But I agree, it's about the best thing going down. Yum!

I heart MM

I was just about to post about this. I am using muscle milk as well because hands down it is the best tasting protein shake out there, even when mixed with water. But I wasn’t sure how it compares to Myoplex in its nutrients and protein. It’s also not the cheapest but I have found that if anyone is a member of 24 Hour Fitness, they usually have it on sale every 2 months or so and I get the huge container for 20 bucks. Not bad. Also does anyone have any advice on protein bars? I like Power Bars but I wouldn’t call them a protein bar… any ideas or suggestions on the best bar out there for the taste and money value?

(Choclate peanut butter and chocolate are the best flavors of MM. Mint chocolate isn't bad either.)

I use Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein isolate that has 24g protein per serving. It doesn't have artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. I like it but my husband doesn't. I think I have a favorable psychological reaction to something when I know it's healthy. My hubby isn't so easily fooled perhaps!! I mix it with either frozen berries (strawberries,or mixed) or I add a banana, as well as ground flaxseed occasionally. For naughty days, you can add some peanut butter, yogurt or shredded coconut!! Yum. Chocolate and peanut butter shake.
Chris I was really intrigued to hear about your mood changes. Does anyone know if there has been any research on this topic?

I have been searching and found the brand Pure Protein to be the most tasty and satisfing. I buy them at Target, $5 for a box of six.

I've tried the regular muscle milk and you are right it is the best tasting that I've had. But I stay away from it. Muscle milk has a lot of calories but the light is closer to myoplex in calories. I like to spend my calories on something I like more and I have a ton of myoplex to use up. Costco usually has muscle milk.

OMG!!! MUSCLE MILK is the bomb. Absolutely love it. I'm ordering 2 jugs of Rootbeer Float. My favourite soft drink is rootbeer. And now I get to enjoy it healthfully!

AWESOME! lol

I am afraid to try it because it is too expensive for my budget! If I like it then I will be in trouble!
