Some questions about the formula of BFL

Still alittle confused on the exact procedure for this new to me workout routine. This is how i read the instructions:
for back: lat pulldowns
12 X 80lbs. rest one minute
10 X 100lbs. rest one minute
8 X 110lbs. rest one minute
6 X 120lbs. rest one minute
12 X 100lbs. without rest go to seated rows 12 X 60lbs.

Then the questions is do I rest after the 12 reps on the new exercise same muscle group and do the above routine on the seated rows starting with the 10 reps. then rest and so on until I hit the 12 reps on the 5 set and rest for 2 minutes before moving on??

Any help would be great.
Thanks

You're pretty close... Do the above routine just as you've indicated. But when you get through that first set of seated rows rest 2 minutes. Then you're done with back. In other words, you don't do more back exercises for that day (not a full 12,10,8,6,12 with seated rows).

Welcome to the forum!

Wow that is easier then i expected. When i trained yesterday I did a double up per muscle group and I am super sore today. The other way seems more realistic. thanks for the help.
