New to BFL and question about reps

Hi,

When doing the 12, 10, 8, 6, 12 then 12 sets, when you jump to the second exercise at 12 rep, what type of weight do you use, lighter or heavier?

The heaviest that allows you to complete all 12 reps. This might be lighter at first, but will probably be a decent amount of weight in the coming weeks.
