Whoo Hoo! Day 1 Complete
Hi everyone,
Nothing too hectic to report here- but I just wanted to let you know that I completed Day 1 and feel great (although so sore!) I even went into the scary weights room, and no one even looked twice at me Yay! I have to admit, I am terrified for the cardio tomorrow. I remember doing it 6 years ago and not believing how long 20 minutes could be. Wish me luck ![]() Oh! I have some questions about food, so look out for them on the food and nutrition pages. xx |

OMg the last three days! Feels like I will never get there- GOOD FOR YOU!!!
guys, it's 3.30 pm here and I have hit the wall big time. Feel so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. I am going to have to work at getting used to these early morning workouts! |

I can not get early morning workouts done.. just can't do it! I work out at like 11 PM. I need to switch it up!
