DnceDnce is on the road to a better life
Overall gym/workouts questions- please give advice if you can

I work in NYC and live in NJ, so I take a 45 min train ride into work everyday. The nice thing is the gym i belong to is right next to my office so Mon-Fri I just go in early and workout before work. The problem is on Saturday I am home in NJ with no gym. The last two weeks I have been doing my HIIT cardio mon-wed-fri at th egym because i feel it is easier to gauge the intervals on a treadmill. And doing LBWO and UBWO Tues-Thurs. I have done the remaining weights workout for the week at home on Saturday but I only have a pair of light dumbbells and it obviously doesn't compare to the gym.

Do you advise that I keep my 3 cardio days at the gym and do one weights day at home or switch and do all three weights at gym and cardio at home (I dont know what i would do for cardio though).

Opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I would do the weights at your gym on M, W, F. Cardio is much easier to do at home, IMO. You can run outside, jump rope, ride a bike, do tabata drills (burpees, sit ups, push ups, etc. google them for descriptions), or someone on here suggested running in place. It may seem silly, but can be a very effective workout if taken seriously.

I agree. Your cardio intervals don't have to be precise like they would be on a treadmill or other cardio machine. If you just go for a run or jump rope, etc., just try your best to increase your intensities each minute.
